Morelia spilota mcdowelli

This is the largest representative in the Morelia spilota - complex.

Animals of up to 300cm are not rarity, also these then have a stately weight of up to 7-8 kg

Mcdowellis also have a strongly variable examination and colouring.

My Mcdowellis are relatively brightly and partly striped quite beautifully - which makes them naturally very attractive.

I also have the specified "Jaguar Siblings" which I use for Jaguar mating.

They need a roomy tank exhibit because of their size, basic temperature of 26°-28° degrees, locally 35° degrees.

At night the temperature can fall to 22°-24° degrees.

Easily increased air humidity must be provided.

Hatchlings are kept generally individual in small tanks, and first time eating independent, the further raising and attitude prepares no more problems.
